Payouts
- Payouts are done each week on Thursdays, one statement per week by wire transfer.
- Statements must be requested before 12pm on Wednesday.
- Statements that remain pending will not be settled until they have been requested by the Vendor.
- All other statements that follow will not be recorded before the previous statement has been requested.
Settlement time periods and methods are subject to change.
Holdbacks
To protect our Merchant Accounts from chargebacks, VeriPayment.com holds back 10% of the total revenues from each accounting period for a period of up to 6 months. This policy is set in the event that your website and the services you are selling would suddenly become unavailable to your online Customers, and VeriPayment.com would be obligated to refund any unused subscription charges to the Customer. Revenues withheld from your account will be applied to chargebacks on your account only. Any monies held back and not used for chargebacks are refunded in the current billing period, occurring up to 6 months after the billing period when the monies were held back.
